Please be aware that if your cake is placed in a marquee during June, July, August or September we may need to deliver later and/or add extra precautions to the cake to prevent collapse. By answering this question you acknowledge that we have taken every precaution possible to prevent any damage to the cake and that we (Creative Crumbs Cake Studio) accept no liability should any heat damage occur

Terms and Conditions

• A £100 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure booking, full payment no later than 3 weeks prior to delivery/collection and no earlier than 6 weeks prior to your date. We no NOT accept earlier payments or payment plans. All cancellations MUST be made in writing. If full payment is not made by 3 weeks before your date, your order will be cancelled and no refund given. • You must adhere to the attached payment schedule. We do not permit full payments on booking. • We cannot guarantee our cakes are made in a nut-free environment and are unsuitable for nut allergy sufferers. • Once your cake has been delivered and set up, we no longer accept liability for loss or damage. If repair is required, a further fee is payable. • We will guarantee our cakes are fresh for the date of your celebration. As your cakes are made fresh to order, we can’t guarantee beyond that, though they do usually keep well for a few days. • We reserve the right to make stylistic changes to any cake. These are done in order for the cake to look as good as possible. • We reserve the right to take photos of your cake and publish then in any outlet (social media, promotional work etc) • Collection (if requested) time is during our published shop hours. • A £50 administration fee applies to all postponed cakes. • We do not send “sneak peek” photos. We like our clients to be surprised by their cake. • Any changes to design must be agreed NO LATER than 3 weeks prior to the wedding date. • Your cake will be delivered to the venue on the date of your specification, we will liaise with the venue for the best delivery time. • Cost of cake includes design, consultation, cake, decoration, delivery and assembly. • If for whatever reason we are unable to complete your cake order, we will refund you any payments made. • We reserve the right to publish photos of your cake on our website, social media outlets or any marketing product as we see fit. • We reserve the right to make stylistic changes to your design during construction. These will not affect your theme, colour scheme etc. They will be in keeping with the original design. • If a cake topper is ordered from a different company, we require our clients to inform us and for the topper to be delivered to us no later than TWO weeks before the date. We accept no liability whatsoever for toppers provided by someone else that do not fit on the cake. • In the highly unlikely event you have cause to complain, no cake must be eaten. You (or the venue) must call us immediately and we will collect the cake (if possible) or the cake must be retained (await instructions from us). If the cake is eaten, either wholly or partly (i.e. more than a couple of mouthfuls) we cannot accept any complaint. • Force Majeure: Should we be physically unable to deliver your cake in circumstances such as and not limited to: snow, flood, Operation Stack, hurricane, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will explore all other roads in order to get you your cake but accept no liability for our inability to deliver the cake. • Pandemic or similar circumstance – we will move a date free of charge ONCE in such circumstance, then a £50 admin fee will apply for further changes. It is the responsibility of the couple to ensure WE are available for any new date. If we are not, we will retain any payment made in accordance with our cancellation policy. Any cancellations made by the couple in a pandemic or similar circumstance, the cancellation policy will apply in all cases.
